Abundant Home Solutions LLC SMS Messaging Program
1. Program Description and Opt-In
Abundant Home Solutions LLC offers optional SMS communications to visitors who request information through the LeadConnector Chat Widget at www.ahomesolutions.org. The LeadConnector Chat Widget is the website's online inquiry and SMS opt-in method.
The widget presents two separate, optional consent categories: (1) informational and transactional messages, including responses to property inquiries, cash-offer follow-up, requests for property information, appointment or closing updates, and customer-support communications; and (2) marketing and promotional messages, including information about services, property opportunities, offers, and promotions.
Visitors may select either category, both categories, or neither category. Both consent choices are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or selling property, receiving an offer, or otherwise doing business with Abundant Home Solutions LLC.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. We may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is designed to work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carrier participation and service availability may change.
7. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS program.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information, including SMS opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or selling property or receiving an offer.
We intend to operate our messaging program in accordance with applicable requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and relevant CTIA guidelines.

Property Inquiries and Offers
The Site allows property owners and other visitors to submit information for evaluation and request a possible cash offer. Submitting information does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate us to make or complete an offer.
